Swimming in pleasantly warm seawater

Do you sometimes find swimming in the Baltic Sea just too uncomfortable? Two thermal baths invite you to enjoy a cozy, warm bathing experience in their spacious sauna and pool areas. Here, too, you can swim in pools filled with seawater.

Swimming in iodine brine

You and your children will have fun and relax in the pool and sauna area at OstseeTherme Usedom. You can swim in six different pools or unwind on the bubble loungers. Three of the pools are enriched with iodine-rich brine, which is drawn from the well right next to the Heringsdorf pier. In the saunas, the healing brine is used during the infusions and is atomized into the air.

A Water Play Paradise for Your Children

Your children will have a blast in the water garden, on the slides, and on the pirate play deck. To top it all off, head up to the observation tower. At the top, you’ll be 20 meters above sea level. A panoramic view is guaranteed.

Here, your health is our priority

Would you like to do something good for your health while on vacation? At the "Kurmittelhaus", you can enjoy physical therapy treatments and local remedies. Take advantage of the soothing effects of Heringsdorf’s iodine brine. It’s used in individual and room inhalations, brine baths, or drinking cures. You can also undergo outpatient spa treatments here.

Put your fitness to the test

At the fitness center, you can work out specifically on a variety of fitness machines. Cardio equipment such as stationary bikes, rowing machines, cross-trainers, and treadmills is available. Strengthen your muscles in the free-weight area, on the strength training machines, and on the resistance machines. Trained staff are on hand to assist you during your workout. Getting Active in the Ocean

At the Bernsteintherme in Zinnowitz, you can swim laps in the large, 25-meter-long seawater pool. Here, you can satisfy your urge to be active from morning till night. Right next door, your kids can splash around to their hearts’ content at the “Spraypark” water playground. Warning: The red slide is addictive. The climbing wall requires strength and agility. Can you make it all the way to the top?

Southern warmth on the Baltic Sea

At the thermal spa with its outdoor pool, you can feel just like you’re in the south. Let yourself float peacefully in the warm saltwater, or make yourself comfortable in a lounge chair or beach chair. If you’re looking for a really hot experience, you can work up a sweat right next door in three different saunas or in the steam room of the beach sauna. Afterward, head straight into the Baltic Sea to cool off.
