In a large, peaceful park surrounded by old pine trees, right by the blue sea, stands a white villa built in 1896, along with four separate villas. The historic garden and architectural complex invites discerning guests to enjoy an undisturbed stay in the elegant ambiance of spacious suites and vacation homes. Anyone who steps through the gate of the Pineblue Villas in Heringsdorf will experience a sense of peace and freedom that can only be found here.

The grandeur of days gone by

In the historic villa, you’ll stay in large suites with multiple bedrooms—each with its own bathroom—and a spacious living room. We have restored the spacious original floor plans and many original details have been restored, allowing you to imagine what a private vacation in Heringsdorf might have been like 100 years ago. All suites feature luxurious bathrooms and their own kitchen. Many suites offer a direct view of the Baltic Sea.

Spa & Relaxation

Step into our wellness area. Our saunas invite you to experience pure relaxation. Afterward, let your body and mind gently unwind in the soothing atmosphere of our relaxation room, which overlooks the park. The more adventurous can walk the few steps to the sea in our sauna robes to cool off in the waves. Our private spa offers you a space of tranquility and relaxation. A Finnish sauna and a bio-sauna provide deep warmth, even on cold days.

Living Room and Open-Concept Kitchen

The large salon in the old villa features a small, tastefully stocked bar cart and a wonderful view of the park and the sea. Our open-concept kitchen is connected to the living room. Here, you can cook together or prepare meals for events. You can prepare your own meals in your suite or—perhaps together with friends or other guests—use the large kitchen and the adjoining living room.

Three modern, standalone villas

The Crown Villa, Hideaway Villa, and our Beach House were built of wood and are located in the historic park, each offering you an entire house all to yourself. Multiple bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, sheltered terraces, and spacious living rooms provide both privacy and tranquility as well as opportunities for togetherness. Large sliding doors and windows connect you to the park and offer views of the historic villa and the sea.

Coach House – Former Coach House

Tucked away in our park is the former coach house: the Coach House, which welcomes not only people but also four-legged friends with its cozy atmosphere. The large former coach house is secluded and romantic, nestled in the park with its red-tiled roof and large barn door, sheltered from the wind. The spacious kitchen-diner, featuring a massive dining table, offers a stunning view of the park and the babbling sandstone fountain. It’s the perfect place to cook and celebrate.
