With “Mutabor,” we offer you a conference and vacation home that provides a cozy retreat while you discover the charms of the island of Usedom. The house is a villa built in 1913 in the seaside resort architectural style, which was newly renovated in 2004. The building is a historic landmark. Many of the original features have been preserved and restored. Emphasis was placed on using mostly natural building materials and ensuring environmentally friendly operations. The apartments all vary in layout and furnishings. - NON-SMOKING PROPERTY - Smoking is permitted only outside the house. On the courtyard side, there is a shared terrace with tables and lounge chairs, as well as a small green area with a swing and sandbox for our younger guests. A barbecue is also available; please coordinate its use with other guests.
