“1922 – Das Restaurant” impresses not only with its idyllic location on the promenade but also with culinary diversity of the highest standard. Under the direction of Executive Chef Frank Schöning, the team takes great pleasure in serving up unique creations with a Mediterranean twist. During the Usedom Wild Weeks, however, the kitchen creates delicious fall dishes using tender regional game meat, skillfully paired with delicate herbs, mushrooms, and berries.
