Smoked in the morning, on your plate at lunchtime
For generations, we’ve been smoking our fish fresh every day using traditional methods. Much of our fish comes directly from local fishermen, is processed right here, and ends up shortly thereafter in the smoker, on a plate at our restaurant, or in our fish shop. You can also take a little piece of Rankwitz home with you: We ship our fish specialties throughout Germany in compostable, straw-based packaging. In our village store, you’ll also find regional products from the island and from Vorpommern—a little piece of home to take with you.
