A trip out to sea—that's fun …

Hop aboard the MS Adler XI, MS Adler Vineta, or MS Adler-Mönchgut and see things from a different perspective. The Adler-Schiffe shipping company offers wonderful opportunities to explore Usedom and its surroundings from the water.

Pier Hopping

Set sail from the piers of the imperial seaside resorts of Ahlbeck, Heringsdorf, and Bansin for short boat trips. Enjoy the fantastic view of the dune landscape, the cliffs, and the beach promenade. Set out from Zinnowitz on a mini-cruise and spend a few hours in the imperial seaside resorts or in Świnoujście. On the romantic evening cruises, you’ll sail along the coast toward the sunset.

With a sightseeing steamboat to Swinemünde

Discover the Polish side of Usedom on an excursion to Świnoujście. The Mühlenbake on the West Pier and the lighthouse welcome you to Usedom’s largest city. In Świnoujście, you can go ashore for a city tour or take a harbor cruise. As you travel through the Kaiserfahrt Canal, you’ll experience the scenic main shipping route to Szczecin.

To the island of Rügen or around Usedom

The Adler-Mönchgut departs from Peenemünde, heading for the neighboring island of Rügen. The cruise across the Greifswald Bodden and the view of the famous chalk cliffs will delight you. Don’t miss the “Around Usedom” day trip, which takes place only a few times per season. On this trip, the ship takes you all the way around the entire island. On the Achterwasser side, you’ll cruise past tranquil natural harbors and the impressive Peenemünde power plant.
