The apartment has two bedrooms—a larger one with a double bed and a smaller children’s bedroom with two single beds (90x200 cm). On the south side is a spacious living room. In front of it is a covered porch with a dining area, from which a patio door leads to the well-maintained, sunny front yard with seating. The covered porch can be separated from the living room by sliding glass doors.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and shower.
A separate kitchen with a stove, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a washer and dryer is also available.
