The bathroom, featuring a shower and sauna, is perfect for wellness and relaxation. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a washing machine in the bathroom, and an additional guest restroom. The large terrace is partially covered.
The two studio apartments on the upper floor of House 1 (Apartments 2 and 3), each accommodating 2–3 people, are accessed via a separate entrance. Each apartment, measuring approximately 40 square meters, features a large, bright living and dining area with panoramic windows, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Both apartments have a fully equipped kitchen and a large balcony. By using the comfortable sofa bed in the living area, two additional sleeping spots are available.
