A comfortable vacation home divided into two vacation apartments, both of which have been awarded a 4-star rating by the DTV.

General Information

A beautiful 4-star vacation home for up to 6 people, not far from the Baltic Sea beach in an absolutely quiet location. This cozy, well-furnished vacation home is located in an idyllic vacation park next to a Dutch windmill on the outskirts of the Baltic Sea resort town of Trassenheide.

For our younger guests, we also provide a high chair and a crib free of charge. Please bring your own crib linens if needed. You are welcome to bring your own bed linens and towels, or you can use the on-site service and book the linens package.

Parking for your car is available right next to the house. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is permitted outdoors only.

Location Description

There is a small playground and a ping-pong table on the grounds.

It’s about 2 km to the Baltic Sea via the coastal forest and the regular trails. By bike, you can reach the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach in just a few minutes.

The island of Usedom features a well-developed network of bike paths that is constantly being expanded. Explore the island’s beauty on your own bike or take advantage of the various bike rental services. A bike shed (for up to about 4 bikes) is available for our guests to store their bikes. You can also quickly reach the imperial resort towns or Peenemünde—home to the Military History Museum and Phänomenta—via the Usedom Bäderbahn (UBB). We also recommend a visit to the butterfly farm in Trassenheide as well as the Bernsteintherme in Zinnowitz.
