The Art Nouveau villa features two vacation apartments that can accommodate up to 4 people and is located just a few minutes' walk from the Baltic Sea beach.

General Information

An Art Nouveau villa located directly on Kulmstraße, which runs parallel to the sea, in the so-called “second row”—just a few steps from the Baltic Sea! A beach access path leading to the Kurpark and the soft sandy beach—which stretches for 38 km and invites you to linger, sunbathe, and stroll along the shore—is located directly across the street. An ideal starting point for exploring the imperial resorts. An ice cream parlor, restaurants, shopping, and the pier are all in the immediate vicinity.
The vacation apartments are owned by the ACHTERKERKE FOUNDATION. This foundation supports gifted children from low-income families on the island of Usedom and is committed to instilling values and strengthening social skills.
Sauna and wellness services are available at nearby hotels and the Ostseetherme. Our property is particularly appealing to golf enthusiasts, as we are partners with the Balmer See Golf Park (free driving range and discounted green fees). This course is located 13 km away in the idyllic countryside of the Achterland.

42-square-meter vacation apartment with a small balcony. Wi-Fi access and
initial supply of bed linens and towels included. A crib and high chair can be rented for a fee. We also offer a laundry service or mid-stay cleaning of the apartment for a fee. If you have any questions or issues during your stay, a contact person is available on-site. A parking space (€6/night) can be rented near Villa Kramme. Dogs are permitted upon prior arrangement with the landlord. We charge an additional fee of 10 € per night for this.
Our vacation apartment with a small balcony is comfortably furnished. You’ll stay in a historic setting with high ceilings, paneled doors, and hardwood floors. Integrated into the living area is a fully equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator, electric kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker) and a dining area with a round table for 4 people. In addition to the double bed in the bedroom, there is a sleeper sofa (sleeping area: 1.35 x 2.00 m) in the living room for additional sleeping space. The apartment is equipped with a flat-screen TV, a micro hi-fi system, and a DVD player. A small bathroom with a shower, a towel radiator, and underfloor heating rounds out the living space.

An 80-square-meter vacation apartment with a historic veranda and two bathrooms. Wi-Fi access and an initial supply of bed linens and towels are included. A crib and high chair can be rented for a fee. Upon request, we offer mid-stay cleaning of the apartment for a fee. The tastefully furnished vacation apartment of the Achterkerke Foundation is located on the second floor. You’ll stay in a historic setting featuring a veranda, high ceilings, paneled doors, and hardwood floors. A high-quality leather couch in the living room can be used as a comfortable sofa bed (approx. 1.80 x 2.00 m). The veranda offers additional sleeping space on a floor-level sofa. Amenities include a flat-screen TV, a micro hi-fi system, and a DVD player. Adjacent to the large bedroom—which features an additional TV—is a spacious bathroom with a bathtub. There is also a second, smaller bathroom with a shower. An open, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, oven, ceramic cooktop, filter coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle) is integrated into the living area. You’ll find a well-maintained vacation rental—ideal for family vacations or for guests looking for spacious accommodations. The apartment is equipped with a washer-dryer and ironing supplies.
